Our trips to Beaufort/Morehead City are designed primarily for false albacore charters(Little Tunny/ Euthynnus alletteratus) fishing during October and November, utilizing both light tackle and fly fishing equipment. We do find bluefish, Atlantic Bonito, sharks and trophy redfish during those trips as well. This is a run and gun exciting experience with fish showering baitfish out of the water. We will meet for our albacore trip on the Beaufort waterfront, the public boat ramp on Radio Island or from Oriental.
- We offer these charters from mid-October through November
- 3/4 Day (6 hours): $750 for 1 or 2 anglers
- Full Day (8-hours) $900 or 1 or 2 anglers

- We provide all the necessary fishing tackle, lures, or flies for your trip. Our fishing tackle is of the highest quality, and we take great pride in the gear you will be using. You are welcome to bring your own tackle; however, please inform us about what you plan to bring, so we can adjust our tackle accordingly.
- Bringing a jacket or rain gear, sunscreen, a hat, and polarized sunglasses is always advisable. Bottled water, ice, and a cooler will be provided on the boat. Feel free to bring any additional beverages you desire for the day. In North Carolina, it is mandatory for anyone under the age of 13 to wear a suitable life vest while aboard a moving recreational vessel.
- We provide a cooler with ice and bottled water. You are welcome to bring a small cooler with additional drinks, snacks and lunch.
- We adjust our meeting locations according to the predicted weather and the recent successful fishing. We'll determine our starting location close to the date we are fishing to maximize our productivity. We'll email, text or call you with the address of the boat ramp and launch time.
- NC DMF now requires clients to report their harvest online at the end of the charter. The captain is not responsible and fines can be issued by DMF officers if you are not compliant. We release all false albacore.
